Applied online and received an invitation to a screening interview just a week later. Had a meet and great with two managers and then was invited for a formal interview. They were really friendly and questions not too difficult.

Glassdoor has helped me negotiate my salary and make sure I'm getting paid fairly. Gather validate and analyse information, creating models and preparing reports to support actuarial activities this was a bad process.
