Probably the best interview process I’ve ever been through. I had an online test where there were manageable and relevant maths questions with fair time constraints. I also had a phone call where general questions were asked about myself and why I wanted to work for RSA. This was a relaxed conversation (as long as you’ve done your research). Finally I had an in-person, assessment day where I got to meet a few team leaders. Everyone was really friendly! It started with a video on the history of the company and then a light introduction game where I got to know the other candidates. Then I had a case study task where I worked with another candidate on an information pack and we explained what products we’d buy for the company given to us. I also had to prepare a business idea for RSA before the assessment day to explain to two assessors. They seemed genuinely interested and asked insightful questions instead of trying to catch me out! Finally, I had the one to one interview where I was asked questions about my experience and what I’d do in different scenarios.
