The interview process was very standard and corporate. The interviewers were pleasant and asked good questions. However, the time between rounds was very long. Getting to the last round, I had to wait multiple weeks to hear an answer on if I had gotten the role or not.
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for

Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.
