For the first round, they've asked me to finish a technical task. As told, I have done the technical task with advance LWC coding. For the second round, they put a technical interview. I have triumphed in that round as well. But at the end they came to me saying they could only pay me $95,000 - $100,000. Whatta TIME WASTE!!!! They are not serious about hiring anyone. They were just surfing to see the market. I LITTERALLY TOLD MY SAL expectation right on the first call. After all the time and energy I kept in the hiring process they offered me wayyyyy low salary! They say they decided that amount based on performance in the interview. REALLLLYYYYYYYY !!!!!! The people who interviewed doesn't even have the experience as me. lolllllll DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I SAW THIS KINDA PATTERN A LOT THESE DAYS. FIRST THEY TAKE SALARY EXPECTATION AND DON"T EVEN SAY THEIRS. THEY ACT LIKE THEY ALL GOOD IN THE BEGINNING. GIVES YOU TECHNICAL TASK, CONDUCT INTERVIEWS AND THEY FINALLY OFFER YOU VERYYYYYY LOW COMPENSATION. WHY THE HECK DON"T YOU SAY IF THE CANDIDATE ISN'T YOUR SALARY RANGE!!!!!!! INSTEAD OF WASTING THE TIME!!!!!
