I only participated in a phone screen with their recruitment department and then completed the online assessment exam(s) as requested. I have not been contacted in over a week about the next steps. I feel this company has wasted my time by not being more communicative and responsive. Potential employees just want honesty from potential employers during the interview process. If there is not a fit, then just tell the potential employee. Give the potential employee the same courtesy you require as an employer. I was left with the impression there was mutual interest to move forward.
