Initial call with a recruiter. This was a 15-20 min screening to go over the job, what my qualifications were for the position (work history) and some basic questions about my career interests.
Next came a phone interview with the manager for the position. This was a 30 minute call that repeated some of the initial conversation but we really dove into my experience on a deeper level. For example, what my daily processes are, how I generated new business, and sales history on a high level.
Next came the in person interview with the sales management team. Very cool process. 30 minutes of Q&A and a 20-30 minute presentation that I had to give on the company and a few other agenda items. I was given an outline to follow so I could prepare relevant information. That was the best part. I learned a lot about the company during that prep through my own research, more so than I would have otherwise. I loved it!
Post in-person interview I had a call scheduled for a few days later where a verbal offer was extended. Then an official offer from the recruiter.
