Finished the phone interview, did a pair coding challenge on xcode. Did well and got onsite. Onsite experience was fine and I thought I should get an offer. But the feedback on the ios project coding really upsets me. On the project challenge, I finished all the required features with reasonable abstraction and code quality, but got rejected for this. The feedback very biased and doesn't not reflect my work and the conversation we had during interview at all. If they are expecting production level quality code within 2 hour, good luck finding someone who can do it.
