2 stage process with trial day, experiencing what the job would be like. Fairly organised Was waiting longer than expected to be called into the interview despite booking an interview time prior.

Everything went really nice but it is a scam. They just rented and office and invited probably around 50 people. Asked to fill up a form with information that you should have on a CV. I did not meet and people that I was supposed to meet.

The interview was in three parts. First was an initial CV review that was very brief. Second was a day out in the field with tasks given, the final stage was an interview with a member from management. It's a two day process. If you impress them on the 1st day with the initial CV review they give you a call in the evening to invite you back for the following day. If you do well on the field assessment on the second day you get sent back to the office on the same day for a final stage interview with management and will hear back from them later that same evening if you were successful.
