Three total interviews. First was a very general discussion with an HR representative to see if we aligned on expectations. Second interview was with who would be my eventual manager. Typical back and forth, though we did connect on very specific related topics which seemed to extend the discussion. Third and final interview was with the current team. Was asked questions from each participant, all related to the role. I also gave a presentation demonstrating my skills as an instructor and my delivery style.
