I did three interviews total. They reached out less than a week after I submitted my application to schedule the first interview. The first interview was with an internship recruiter, the second interview was with a member of HR, and the last interview was with a manager and Senior Analyst. They were all Microsoft teams video meetings. My first interview was the longest, we took up the entire 30 minute slot. The second and third interviews were maybe 15 to 20 minutes long. All of them weren’t too formal, meaning it felt comfortable, and as if you were able to speak as if you were having a regular back-and-forth conversation with the interviewers and I didn’t feel too much pressure. For every interview, the first question was tell me about yourself. So be ready to answer that question!
