Pretty simple process. First, a phone screen. Then, a call with a member of HR for 30 minutes. After that, a call with the hiring manager for 30 minutes. All of which is behavioral questions. They were very responsive until I did not receive an offer, where then I was kept in the dark for quite a while.

The interview process went really smoothly. I was interviewed 4 times, usually by one person, but one of the interviews had two professionals conducting the questions. Everyone was kind and gave detailed information on why Millennium Trust is an exceptional company to work for. Definitely spend some time researching MT before you interview with them. Understanding the basics of the company is an essential way to show the interviewers that you are thorough and prepared.
