Very thorough interview process, which allowed me to interview them as well. During the process, I had three in-person interviews and met with multiple employees at different levels. There were also a number of phone conversations as follow-up. While it was a lengthy process, it was a great experience that gave me a solid impression of the company and what my role would be. I was also able to gain insight to the culture, which was a key element in my decision to make a job change.
