First the recruiter will conduct a phone interview. Then you will have a formal interview with the branch manager. If hired, you will receive a phone call from a recruiter to get basic information and they will give you a link to begin your background check. You will receive an email containing first-day details and orientation will begin.

There was a phone screen with the recruiter and then a virtual interview with 2 directors. I've interviewed with Insperity twice and was ghosted both times by the recruiter. There has been no rejection email and emails requesting updates were ignored. I know that it is an employer's market but this is just a bad business practice.
