The interview itself went great I went through all the rounds and really enjoyed the team that I would be working with. However, the communication from the HR team was subpar. I initiated every conversation even when the team member would give me a day they would call back I would follow up days after. This went on for 3 months. She gave me verbal confirmation I got the job early in the process but a month later she kept postponing due to budget. I finally stopped calling her. Again everything except this part of the process was great but I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication from the HR team of an HR Company.

It was very comfortable and conversational. I was kept updated throughout the process and didn't take longer than needed. The recruiter was in touch with me all along, as was the hiring manger. I never felt out of the loop.
