Fantastic hiring process. Phone screen with Corporate Recruiter, then 2 Zoom interviews; one with the District Manager and one with the Regional Manager. Each was 30-40 minutes, where they really gave me a chance to share my experience and why I felt I would be a fit in the role. Very conversational interview with great back-and-forth. There is relatively lengthy background check one they make an offer and you accept (week or two turnaround). Overall, I was very pleased with how my recruitment was handled. Very telling to the type of company this is.

Recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn, Phone call with them, then main recruiter phone call. Then 2 rounds with different District Managers and last round with Regional Manager & DM.
Great communication and set detailed expectations. 3 rounds of interviews. After each interview I left feeling more optimistic about the opportunity and the company as a whole. Building a good culture is important to Insperity and it shows.

They did a very good job. First call with recruiter then I had two interviews. Overall it was a very good interview experience. It does seem like the Louisiana market will be closing so not sure how helpful this will be.
