Telephone interview with Ms. Massad for this position. Informed me in the first minute of the conversation that the position was intended for an internal employee and then asked me to tell her what I wanted to do so that she could find me a job. Needless to say I was beyond surprised that she called me to inform me the position wasn't filled, but external candidates would not be considered for a external listing. I've since discovered that this is routine business at this company. Wouldn't want to work there.

Entrevista
I was initially contacted by a corporate recruiter via phone. The initial conversation was about 10-15 minutes long. The recruiter was professional and informative about the position. She asked questions about my related experience, salary and why I was seeking new employment. During this call we scheduled a face to face interview for the following week. Our meeting went great. The recruiter told me all about the position and the company. Explained the company culture. She felt I was a good candidate so scheduled me to come back for a face to face interview with upper management. The second face to face interview went great as well and lasted about 20-30 minutes. The questions in this interview were more personality type questions, how would I handle certain situations etc. I left this interview feeling great and with in 30 minutes my recruiter was calling to follow up and make me an offer for the position! From initial call to start date the process took about 3 weeks.
