The interview process is very smooth and there are friendly people. Given more time to think and answer. At the same time, a lot of practical stuff asked I was able to deliver based on my previous projects experince.

Entrevista
I successfully passed the first round of interviews and was informed that I had been selected for the second round. However, since then, I haven’t received a clear update or confirmation regarding the next steps. Occasionally, they contact me to check my availability, but there’s still no definite decision. It seems they might have hired someone else, possibly for a lower cost, and I’m unsure about the status or direction of their hiring process.
Pretty straightforward. There were two technical interviews with one of the tech leads and engineering manager. If you got selected the PnC team will follow up with you to discuss the package. They are flexible.
