There’s clearly a culture of treating candidates with contempt that is endemic to the business, as is evidenced through other reviews on here as well. With regards to my specific experience, I was roped along for over 3 months with numerous interviews and no feedback whatsoever despite dozens of polite update requests from my end. After almost 2 months of radio silence, the business reached out to invite me for further interviews. Once again, I was made to meet with multiple senior members of the team and the interviews themselves were actually very intellectually stimulating. After this second spurt of interviews however, Insight Partners reverted to the same old lack of communication. Numerous emails, prompts and nudges from my end to no avail. Insight Partners’ attitude towards candidates is unbecoming and a company that doesn’t value its candidates doesn’t exactly command confidence that it values its staff. The sheer carelessness and impunity I’ve seen throughout the process, and the ease with which the business would ignore a candidate for 2 months only to invite them for a further chain of interviews when the initial person who received the offer had turned it down, and then ignore them again without so much as a one-line email confirming rejection, is in and of itself testament to Insight Partners’ lack of common courtesy. My advice to Insight would be in an industry where effective communication is key, try to extend that to candidates you interact with, if not out of respect to the people making an effort to prepare and taking the time out to meet with half the team, then at least for company image, as the incumbent approach is leaving lasting unsavoury impressions.

Haven’t gotten too far yet. First was applying online, then got sent an invitation to do a Hirevue. Haven’t completed it yet, still making sure I know enough so I don’t mess it up lol
