1st interview - phone screen with in house recruiter/ talent acquisition, 30 minutes 2nd interview - in person with 2 account managers, 1 hour 3rd interview - in person with 5 people, various titles, 3 hours During third interview the head sales manager for the office asked me what year I graduated high school to find out my age, asked me what my partner did for work and for what company, told me she wants to get engaged this year, then they did not pay for my parking validation as I was told they would. Tone deaf of a company to have people that are unemployed pay over $20 for parking they said they would cover. When asking the recruiter if they’d cover it she said she’s waiting to hear back from the expense team. They also didn’t tell me what the pay was until the third interview even after asking. My interview was beginning January just after the pay transparency law kicked in. Wish they had let me know before wasting my time and money on the third interview.

I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
