I have been given an amazing opportunity with one of the best technical staffing companies in the nation, Insight Global. If you asked me a year ago where I would be today, I would have never guessed here. During the hiring process, I had no idea what to expect, and was very hesitant along the way being I did not know what I was getting in to. With the help from Megan Barker-coaching me with questions, and always being avaliable to calm my nerves, I crushed the interview and landed the best job I could have ever asked for. She was so sweet, attentive, and inviting-there was no way I could have ever passed up the offer or have even gotten the offer without her. I am blessed to be able to call her a collague, and could not be happier with where I am today. THANK YOU, MEGAN!

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
