I was contacted by a recruiter from this company for a writing/editing position with a large government contractor. The phone interview went well and within a week I was already having a one-on-one interview with the contractor about the position. Soon after, the recruiter up and quit. I was then handed off to another recruiter. By this point, there was a lot of back and forth as to when I would be starting, etc. (the logistics). I waited. I was then asked to come in again to meet with contractor's so-called client which ultimately ended up being just a regular employee at the contractor. As of right now, I am still waiting for my so-called "offer" which Insight Global promised after the one-on-one interview with the government contractor. There is a lot of back and forth with this company. I believe their turnover with recruiters must be high. If I were you, I would avoid this staffing company at all costs. It will create nothing but headaches for you.
