phone interview followed by in person interview. the in-person interview included lunch to see how you interacted over a lunch meeting and really to get to know your personality. the in person interview was very informal and i was asking more questions than the interviewers. i think they already have a set personality in mind and they just want to see if you meet it. they didn't get back to me for months

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
