This position was for Aramark in Philadelphia, PA. I submitted an application via LinkedIn’s easy apply. The recruiter then reached out the next day for a quick phone screening. She acted like I was well qualified for the job and would have the account manager follow up with me. The account manager never did and I saw the role reposted with a more concise JD and lower pay range. I tried following up with the recruiter to no avail. So unprofessional! I made time out my day to talk with her and she can’t answer my follow up email???

The interview went well but then the recruiter ghosted me. After checking out other reviews, it seems that this company is known for ghosting candidates after the initial interview. Interviewing is already stressful, so to be ghosted with no feedback is very unprofessional.
