The process was pretty good until the end. After my third interview, I didn't hear back for two weeks and they only followed up after I emailed them about the position twice. After the whole process that they said the role was being downgraded to a buyer 1 which came with a lower salary. Definitely a red flag. There was also a lot of talk about working 14 hour days during end of quarter. After that I withdrew my application.
