I had the 1st and only round of interview with the Talent Acquisition Consultant from Insight. He explained the role in great detail. Also he was immediately willing to disclose the salary information for that role. The downside was that towards the end of the interview he informed me that they actually have the right candidate for that role and are in the final round of recruitment with that candidate, and offered me to apply for much lower position of Inside Sales Associate. I was a bit surprised but I appreciated honesty.
