I applied online and was contacted within a day to set up a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter was professional and engaging, and the call felt more like a conversation than an interview. The recruiter then scheduled an on-site interview at the end of the same week. The on-site interview felt stiff, and I strangely felt the interview panel was trying to talk me out of being interested in the position... which they succeeded in doing. I appreciated the interview team’s transparency regarding the position’s monotony and decided to go in another direction.
