They were two rounds. One was HR round and the other was technical round. Questions about my research and project work. Questions on the coding challenge. I didn't get selected for the first interview (winter session). They gave me another chance (spring session) and the questions asked were quite different from the first. They said they would update the result to me in 2 weeks but took around 4 weeks and it was a NO.

Interviewer was very welcome at first. But when we discuss about the rainy season, he is questioning if I am against work from home. It seems the interviewer was not trained to be empathy, but one of their culture they should show a heart. I realized that it is up to the country manager who will be deciding whether to proceed or not proceed to go to office during return to office day.
I sensed that the interviewer is very judgmental and entitled given his trip going to the office is 3-4 hours of travel, whereas he did not consider other people coming from other places
