I had a phone screen with the HR team. Then she scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager missed the meeting. We rescheduled for later that day. This was not a good sign. The recruiter then reached back out to schedule a group of interviews. She asked me for my availability for later that week early on Monday. At 5 PM on Tuesday I got 4 interviews scheduled for Wednesday each 30 minutes long. I had to reschedule one of them because work had scheduled over one of them at that point. During the interview process it took me about until the fourth interview to really understand the role and responsibilities. They kept using vague terms like models and not really explaining what they were modeling much less what the business did (a quick google search would leave you believing something very different). Then during the interviews they kept referring to their culture as chaotic. Based on the interview process I would assume it is.
