First came in for an interview with 2 of the team supervisors, then came in the next week for a shadowing and panel interview with 4 or 5 of the other research associates and a different supervisor. The first interview went well, pretty typical questions about you and your general work experience. The second interview/shadowing was much harder, the other research associates were all pretty nice, however the other supervisor was almost condescending in the way she asked questions. There were times when she would ask me a question and then interrupt halfway through my response which just became awkward at a certain point. I'm sure she had the best intentions but I felt like she was talking to me like I was a complete idiot to the point where I could already tell she would get on my nerves had I taken a position. Following the interview I spent time shadowing the other associates throughout the hospital and they were all much nicer and curious to learn about my goals and ambitions.
