First there is a phone interview screening. After that, I was asked to come in for a face to face interview with two of the sales managers. They have questions prepared and mix in their questions pertaining to the role and how you would handle certain situations along with how your past experience would benefit you in this role.
Interview was easy and they were upfront about commission based salary. They were upfront about what the position was and how it fit into the company overall. Overall nice interviewers, it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

Entrevista
The interview process was great! The recruiter was so friendly and nice. After speaking with her I came in for an onsite interview and met with two managers. A few days after my interview, I got a job offer and I start in a few weeks!

I will have my third interview soon. Some were hired on immediately on site during a job fair that the company sponsored. There were several there to speak with from the company.
