I don't remember the details but the process was similar to other companies, i.e. four person, one-on-one, interview with initial phone interview with the Director of R&D. The applications are based on old C-code and we are building mobile applications and new SDK platform, however, with the departure of the VP of engineering the future system architecture is unknown (he was in the middle of designing a new architecture).
