Das Erstgespräch fand per Telefon statt, Anschließende gab es einen Videocall mit Vorstellung INNIO/ Jobangebot, Fragen an mich und Raum für meine eigenen Fragen. Danach habe ich eine Absage erhalten, die nächste Runde wäre vor Ort gewesen.

Entrevista
Smooth and complicated, talked with two members of the team, both of them are laid back and seemed supportive. Not difficult at all, though i applied on a different level.

Entrevista
The interview was held by two managers of the company, one focusing more on the hard skills and one on the soft skills. They were both very attentive to my requests and it was more of a conversation than a questionary.
