When you go in to Inktel you will fill out an application and perform an assessment which can take anywhere from 30 min - 1 hr. The assessment is rather easy and will demonstrate what skills you are strong and weak in. Recruiting was very inviting and welcoming and the interview went great! They called me that same day and asked me to come work.

Started with an easy apply over indeed and then my resume was selected to speak further on the opportunity. I was scheduled for a video interview with the staffer’s boss.
