They told me its scheduled interview. When I reached there were 200 candidate's. Then First HR and those who have 3 jobs in 3 years will be out. They ask for people's working long time. HR attitude was very rude. I cleared that then there was technical which was moderate. Interviewer was really good and talented. Then I cleared second round. Then manager round . Then senior manager round. Finally hr round. Then HR told me u r selected you will get offer next week which never came. At least 4/5 candidates got same feedback. When I enquired there reply was they were confused. So why to waste time. They always conduct interview to waste there and others time

Typical process for Wind’s Gate Philippines: application screening, short aptitude/technical exam, initial HR interview, technical interview with developers, then final/client interview. Fresh graduates are usually asked about fundamentals and problem-solving.
No response in follow up result of interview and the interviewer is very professional but upon follow up the result no response yet.
Maybe i will proceed on applying other companies because the HR on this company have no professional attitude

as very Smooth and Pleasant , Interactive . Great experience. Nice staff and very professional atmosphere. Very friendly and very very well behaved employees . Overall it everything went well.
