One stage in person interview focused on company values. Lasted around 30 minutes. Prepared answers based on the values with examples from work experience. Interviewer was nice and asked relevant questions regarding strengths and experience.

Senior manager gave a presentation about the company followed by all candidates brief introduction. They really make you feel like take it easy but based on the role you should be mean and not giving up your talking space for the sake of being interviewed in a team.

Scenario based questions. How would you deal with someone who has had 30 years of experience in Customer Service but doesn't want to take up a job in that field now.
Excellent. There were two stages. The firat stage was online and was a great way to introduce the job and then to assess how we would face a task as a team. The second stage was a face to face interview that provided a chance to visit the office and do the commute.
