It did not take long after submitting my initial application to land an interview. I interviewed with their Chief Talent Officer. From my standpoint it was a great conversation. She did a great job explaining expectations of the role. She was also skilled at facilitating conversation flow. On the contrary, their HR team needs to work on the follow-up post interview. You never leave candidates hanging. If they don't make the cut tell them so they can move on.
