Submit a resume for review. Senior management reviews the resumes and selects the candidates they would like to interview. Generally starts out with a phone interview and then if you sound like someone that they think has the skill set they are looking for then they set up an in person interview. Generally they will decide after that interview whether or not they would like to offer you a position.
