They began the interview with an introduction, where we likely discussed my background, experience, and possibly some general topics related to the role. Following that, they proceeded to the technical portion, where they asked me to implement code related to Data Structures and Algorithms. Given the nature of the role and the industry, it was a reasonable expectation for them to assess my problem-solving skills and coding proficiency through such an exercise.
