Slow paced interview process, it took about 4 months from start of the first discussion till offering. Recruitment team was friendly, well guiding and patient enough to assist throughout the process until joining. Highly competent & professional technical panel asked specific technical questions and they did set a good atmosphere during all interviews.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
