Hiring process is good but it should not recruit in huge numbers rather hire in small numbers and give job satisfaction. Interview process is as lenient. A few technical questions and some questions regarding your CV, GPA and your field of interests. Give justification for how you can be useful to the company. Add your strong points etc.

If you are not that technically sound, say it and charm the interviewer with your other skills like business strategies, etc.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
Basics aptitude and basic oops programing first round is aptitude round and second round will be technical and Hr round for freshers. It was very good experience and easy to crack
