Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Infosys
Entrevista
Campus recruitment process. A written round (medium difficulty aptitude questions) followed by a HR round (this is a formality as hardly 5% were rejected in this round).

Difficult no. Unexpected YES! The only question i was asked in the interview is what does your father do. Nothing that would ascertain my potential value adding capacity to the organisation. I believe they interview tens of thousands of candidates so individuality doesnt seem to matter. All they care about is finding average intelligence which they can ship off to mysore for training to make an average IT services capable employee out of him/her.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
Basics aptitude and basic oops programing first round is aptitude round and second round will be technical and Hr round for freshers. It was very good experience and easy to crack
