I was interviewed at Infosys Electronic city campus for a position of UI developer. For me they took 4 rounds of interview, where first two rounds were just for name sake they were technical rounds. Actually the person who interviewed me was not aware of technologies used in full stack development. They just conducted interview for timepass. Later they called me fot 3rd round which was again a technical round. In this round the interviewer was ok, she was having little knowledge of all technologies. But still i didn't feel that the persons who were there in interview panel were qualified to take interviews of others. I don't know on what basis they were rejecting or selecting candidates for the open positions as they themselves were not knowing the technical answers. Still I cleared all 3 technical rounds and they called me for final round which was HR round. In this round HR greeted me very well as they are supposed to, but in few minutes she directly came to point, where she disclosed the salary that they can offer. It was 5.21 LPA which they were offering. I don't know how they can offer such salary to an employee who has 3+ years of experience in relevant technologies. They were just giving me 60k hike to my current salary. Seriously this was unexpected for me. I have clearly mentioned my expectation in application form, but still they wasted my whole day for such a cheap offer. Obviously I rejected their offer and left their campus.
