Entrevista
It started with a phone call to brief about the interview process about 10 days before the interview. All applicants were called at Infosys Head office in Bangalore (electronic city office) B11. The applicants were given a written aptitude test for 1 hour. The level was okay and if you have ever prepared for CAT or MBA entrance exams you'll be fine. The results were displayed on the notice board after 1 hour. Till then we could go around and look at the beautiful campus. The people selected for the next rounds were then divided into slots. There were 2 rounds of interview after that - Technical and HR. There were various conference rooms dedicated for this process , and applicants were moving from technical interview room to HR interview room for their process. After the interviews we all went home, and I got the offer letter from them after 2 weeks.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
