Entrevista
First, I was referred to Clear Vision Consultancy by one of my Church Youth Leaders -- Don Melvn. Then there was a phone interview with one of the HRs at Infosys. Then I was given the offer letter. Then I went to Infosys Towers, I suppose, near Jayadeva Hospital. Then the HR gave clear instructions covering the entire gamut of Infosys Work Culture. So I got through to Infosys. Now This is My Infy!!!!
2 ROUNDS
1.Aptitude - Maths questions, email writing, voice based questions basic excel questions basic English questions were asked
2. Manager round - basic questions were asked based on your resume
In 2018, it was on campus,
1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
