got phoned up by their internal recruiter who found me on reed and asked to come in for an interview. Met the recruiter first and then the director of sales and after him the director of cyber. took about 1.5hrs and then they said they'd contact me. got a call the next day and asked to come in for a final with the CEO. he then offered me the job and started a week later.
