Applied on Indeed, got contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview with the manager of that department. Had one phone interview with the IT manager. He was very nice and professional. Most questions were personality based, with a few technical questions. Whole interview only took about 20 minutes, got an offer 2 weeks later.
