The recruiter reached out did a phone screen and then scheduled an interview with 2 directors. They were both very transparent that the product was new and they were still building out processes/there are a lot of things they’re working through to get the department where it needs to be. What put a bad taste in my mouth is they both admitted they didn’t read my resume, one saying she thinks resumes are bs and she never reads them. They were asking me questions that were clearly already on my resume instead of expanding on my experience. I highly suggest running the other way if you are interviewing for this department/role.
