They have taken totally 3rounds of interview. first & second was techical & 3rd was techno managerial round. After 2round done & before 3rd round HR called me and saying there is problem with your lighting where I am sitting for an interview. Means In 2rounds they have to not realised and suddenly light issue from my end. After 3round of interview I was trying to take follow up & sent an email as well but there were no proper response.

The interviewer doesn't know what he wants, always has a problem with the candidate, and says that there is a light issue seen in the webcam, and answers the question by looking into it. By looking into the webcam, anyone can't speak fluently out of sense.
