Interviewers range from hiring manager, peers, HR and VP.
Candidate are also required to take aptitude and personality tests during the recruitment process.
I had several interviews: one with the recruiter to assess my motivations and learn about the company, one with the team manager, another technical interview, a panel interview where I had to present a case study, two other interviews with references, and a logic test.
