Interviewed for 4 weeks with 5 people. They wanted to schedule me 2 additional interview and pass an assessment. I already had 2 offers on the table before wrapping in the interview process at Infoblox. There were way too many people on the interview panel. In total it would have been 7 interviews for a non leadership role, which is extremely that's excessive. To further add to the process they have a required assessment everyone must complete with a certain score to pass. It was extremely stressful and not a single question had anything to do with the job. Why is test on algebra , word problems, and spatial problems if it doesn't apply to the job. I have issues with standardized testing and it did not suit my learning style. I'm sure they lose good candidates in the process. I enjoyed everyone I met with but the interview process was too drawn out especially in a hot job market.
